In timer mode, the cottage remains illuminated for approximately six hours, switches off for approximately eighteen hours, then repeats the cycle at roughly the same time the following day.

No. The lantern uses three AA batteries, so it can be styled without a visible cord or nearby electrical outlet.

Warm light appears through the front window, side window and the upper lantern area.
